Why Do They Shout?
|
||
Kihop or shouting is a common practice in martial arts. Ki means mental/physical energy, and hop means focusing on one specific point. Kihop is usually used as an exertion of force and power to achieve maximum transfer of mental and physical energy into one specific area. Kihop allows air to be expelled, this reduces internal resistance and allows more flexibility to the body, and as well it increases the mental spirit of the martial artist.
